If i ask anyone that why are you sad then the answers will be so much and different people have different reasons of Their sadness . See something is there in everyone's life which makes unhappy and feels not well . There are so many reasons of sadness i.e.
Seasonal affective disorder (SAD) is a form of depression that the NHS estimates to affect approximately one in 15 people in the UK between September and April. It can be particularly severe during December, January and February.
ARE SAD FEELINGS NORMAL?
It's perfectly OK to have sad feelings at times. As long as they don't happen too often or last too long, sad feelings — like all emotions — are just a natural part of life.
But it doesn't feel good to stay sad. It feels much better to be happy.
