Hello friends , today's topic is worrying. Do you know what is worrying? Worrying is nothing it is only our Overthinking. When we think unnecessary things then it creates worry in our mind. For example if u you have written your exam papers and your results is after one month . Now if you think what will happen in result ? However we know that this thinking is very unnecessary. If you think you will fail the exam then you will worry and will fall down in tension. You will always think only about your result . After one month you result declared and the result is positive then your worry will be over but here what happens you know ? You have wasted your total one month in worrying . So stop worrying and start living.
There are so many examples that encourage you not to worrying about unnecessary things because nobody knows that what will happen in future. See main problem is our Overthinking. Whenever we thinks too much then we got down in it and result of it's is worry.
