Today we'll talk about benefits of awaking in morning . It is so Boring to wake up in the morning . If i ask what happens by waking up in the early morning? What can we achieve by waking up in the morning ? If i say that we can achieve our desire goals by waking up in the morning and adopting some morning habits .
One very significant benefit of waking up early is reduced stress level. When you rise early, it eliminates the need to rush in the morning. You can then start your day on an optimistic note and such positivity often stays with you throughout the day. Early risers often go to bed early . So if we wake up in the morning our mind will be peace and when we have less stress then automatically our day will go very good. We'll have a nice day .
Now the topic is how can we wake up in the morning regularly ? Because i know how difficult it is to wake up in the morning. So, there is some solution of our problems.
- Go to bed early.
- Decide before sleeping about "what to do by waking up in the morning".
- Set an alarm before 20 or 30 minutes of your decided time.
- Keep your alarm little away from your bed .
- Write down something about your tomorrow which you want to do tomorrow.
- Avoid snoozing your alarm in the morning.
Now what habits we have to adopt in the morning. The habits is LIFE S.A.V.E.R.S .

- A- AFFIRMATION.
- V- VISUALIZATION.
- E- EXERCISE.
- R- READING
- S- Scribing.(writing)
Now, SAVERS'S first word S is SILENCE which is so important for our daily routine . We all know now a days everyone have some problems and everyone is in stress . So , we should learn to live happy and always choose our priority . We should live a peaceful life without any worry and stress .
Second A is AFFIRMATION which means to give massages to yourself. Always say only that word which motivates you. Always think only that which gives you pleasure and happiness. In this world only you can motivate yourself . You can not be motivated by watching the videos or etc. , you should implement on the video's massage . So think nobody is better motivator for you than yourself.
Third is VISUALIZATION which says to build images of which you want to achieve in your life. Visualize your dream and make it real.
Fourth is E - EXERCISE , it is our main morning habit because exercise gives us energy which is important for our day to day busy schedule . So wake up in the morning and first go for toothbrush then start your exercise . No need to do heavy exercise , you can do only for 5 minutes.
Fifth is READING . Do you know ? Reading self improvement books or other can totally change your life By reading books you get ideas which you can use in your life to be different from others . Here I'm not saying that you have to read whole book in one to two days, just read 2 pages per day because i know we are very busy in our daily routine .
And last sixth is S - SCRIBING . Scribing means to write . We should adopt the habit of writing . Anything which is going in your mind just write it down . It will definitely help you. Even I'm also using this method and really it helps me more. By scribing you can write your emotions in words .
When we implement on these morning habits then the next day will be the miracle morning for us .
