Stop worrying and start living

     Today we'll talk about worry and a happy life . As word shows that worry is not important than a happy life . We all want to live a happy life, we all want to live with enjoyment without any worry . Truth is , it can be possible but we have to make some sacrifices for living a happy life. That sacrifices are

  • Dont be said about past .
  • Don't think about future because no one knows what is going to be happened in future .
  • Don't take anything so seriously. It can damage yourself .
  • Never google about your worry .

      Which is appearing far away as a blurred view is our future we can not even see it properly , we can not do anything by thinking about future and what we have in our hand is present we can change it , we can improve our present because it is in our hand, so thinking about future or guilty on past is the wastage of time . So work on present if we work hard then no doubt our future will be brighter .  




When we were child we wanted to grow fast and become young and now when we are young , we dreaming of our wedding , and when we actually married and living married life then we think about our retirement and when we get retired we dreaming to live child life which is impossible. After retirement we realise that we lost so many things in our life which can not be returned. We lost our enjoyment in young age for thinking of future, we lost our happiness in our married life just because of thinking about future which is about retirement. This is really so sad but it is truth and So many people lost their happiness of life like this . So, our conclusion is only that we should not think about future and should not worry about past .                                                                                                                       


Do you guys know what we do of of waste paper ? We put it in dustbin or we throw it away like a garbage. Like this we should throw our past because it is also like a garbage. It is really very bad to live with the burden of our past , so just throw it away from you . Also don't think too much about future because it is a blurred view and your present is a HD view. If we work hard and well focused on our work then our future will be 200 percent bright .                                                                                                                                             

    We only get one day i.e. 24 hours, now tell me do u want to spend your valuable 24 hours in worry ?  So just be positive and be happy . Always live happy life .

How to be happy.

        If you want to live happy then read this article . In this blog we will talk about how to be happy. Living happy life is not difficult we can easily make it possible. If i ask anyone that why are you sad then the answers will be so much and different people have different reasons of Their sadness . See something is there in everyone's life which makes unhappy and feels not well .  There are so many reasons of sadness i.e.


  • a persistent low mood.
  • a loss of pleasure or interest in normal everyday activities.
  • irritability.
  • feelings of despair, guilt and worthlessness.
  • feeling lethargic (lacking in energy) and sleepy during the day.
  • sleeping for longer than normal and finding it hard to get up in the morning. 
  These are some reasons which makes us unhappy.   How ever we can  live happy by ignoring unnecessary things in our life . Like a person, thing, taught , Which makes you feel unhappy then do a simple job that is ignoring . This job is so simple and easy too.

     IS SAD A MENTAL ILLNESS ?

ARE SAD FEELINGS NORMAL? 
         It's perfectly OK to have sad feelings at times. As long as they don't happen too often or last too long, sad feelings — like all emotions — are just a natural part of life.
But it doesn't feel good to stay sad. It feels much better to be happy.

70th republic day

First of all happiest Republic day to all my friendsRepublic Day honours the date on which the Constitution of India came into effect on 26 January 1950 replacing the Government of India Act (1935) as the governing document of India . The Constitution was adopted by the Indian Constituent Assembly on 26 November 1949, and came into effect on 26 January 1950 with a democratic government system, completing the country's transition towards becoming an independent republic. 26 January was chosen as the Republic day because it was on this day in 1929 when Declaration of Indian Independence (Purna Swaraj) was proclaimed by the Indian National Congress as opposed to the Dominion status offered by British Regime.  

      Today everyone celebrated the republic day. Many people hoisted indian flag. Childrens danced, sang a song on flag , many students gave a speech on india and and on our leaders . Our indian army are the best army in the world . 
  
      
 

We are living a happy life just because of our india  army and our great leaders who had made so much sacrifices for us. Only because of their sacrifices we are living with our family. We are laughing, playing , etc.. Just because of them . One salute to our indian army and our great leaders 🙏.                                                                                   
            
 

I think friends this is not enough for us. We should also try our best to do something for our country. Happy Republic day. 🇮🇳🇮🇳🇮🇳🇮🇳🇮🇳🇮🇳🇮🇳

Stop worrying

         Hello friends , today's topic is worrying. Do you know what is worrying?  Worrying is nothing it is only our Overthinking. When we think unnecessary things then it creates worry in our mind. For example if u you have written your exam papers and your results is after one month . Now if you think what will happen in result ? However we know that this thinking is very unnecessary. If you think you will fail the exam then you will worry and will fall down in tension. You will always think only about your result . After one month you result declared and the result is positive then your worry will be over but here what happens you know ? You have wasted your total one month in worrying . So stop worrying and start living.
     
   There are so many examples that encourage you not to worrying about unnecessary things because nobody knows that what will happen in future. See main problem is our Overthinking. Whenever we thinks too much then we got down in it and result of it's is worry.

How to be a gentleman.

        Today we will talk about how to be a gentleman. Gentleman is a man who is polite and who behaves well towards other people . Now a days college going student thinks being a stud boy is good and talking with a lot girl is cool but for that student i want to say only one sentence that is Massenging more girls will make you stud not a gentleman . I am also a college student and i know how other they think . According to me there is no comparison between a gentleman and stud boy. Being a gentleman is so much for us. Gentleman is always respected everywhere. People likes gentleman and his personality. We should try to be gentleman .
 So there are some habits that will helps us to be a gentleman . We can adopt this habits.
 Habits of gentleman : 

 1. Maintain personal hygiene .

         Personal hygiene refers to maintaining cleanliness of one's body and clothing to preserve overall health and well-being.  Maintaining hygiene is most important for a gentleman . It means we should always well dressed, well dressed isn't mean that we should buy new clothes and wear it . Well dressed means clean dress . So wear clean dress and  use deodorant to smell good . See we also like cleanliness and clean things looks very nice. 

2. Using Handkerchief and tissue 

      Handkerchief is a best friend for a gentleman . Gentleman always carry a handkerchief or tissue, who knows when it comes to work . 

3. Pride in appearance .

4. Know your boundaries 

          A gentleman always knows his boundaries. He never cross his Boundary. Here boundary means limits, a gentleman never says anything to anyone which is out of boundary. So remember your boundary. It will help you to be respected everywhere.

 5. Take good care of other's things 

       We always take more care of other's things . If anyone gives something to us then it is our responsibility to return that thing in good condition . We should never ignore other's things importance. For example, if anyone gives you his bike for a day or two days then it is your responsibility to return that bike to his owner in good condition . If the bike has dirty by you then wash it and return it. 

6. Be polite to everyone .

       Be polite means you should always talks with good manner to everyone . A gentleman never hurts anyone. And other people also likes politeness. So be polite no matter if anyone talking bad in front of you . You should always be polite .

Self control

Hello friends , today i am going to talk about self control . If i say self control is as important as self confidence then will you agree with me ? Comment down your opinion 👇.
         Self-control, an aspect of inhibitory control, is the ability to regulate one's emotions, thoughts, and behavior in the face of temptations and impulses. As an executive function, self-control is a cognitive process that is necessary for regulating one's behavior in order to achieve specific goals . Self-control includes being able to stay on task and interrupt any undesired impulsive reactions by refraining from acting on them.

 Self-discipline is a useful inner power, which enables one to hang on and not give up, despite failure and setbacks. It grants its possessor self-command, and the power to resist temptations and distractions that tend to stand in the way of attaining aims and goals.
       Coach stressed that self-control requires us to keep our emotions under control at all times. We must make decisions based on reason not fear, because fear is an emotion and therefore cannot be reasonable. Lack of self-control will compromise our judgment, common sense and confidence.
