ईर्ष्या और हमारा जीवन

🌷एक बार एक महात्मा ने अपने शिष्यों से कहा कि वे कल प्रवचन में अपने साथ एक थैली में कुछ आलू 🥔भरकर लाएं। साथ ही निर्देश भी दिया कि उन आलुओं पर उस व्यक्ति का नाम लिखा होना चाहिए जिनसे वे ईर्ष्या करते हैं। अगले दिन किसी शिष्य ने चार आलू, किसी ने छह तो किसी ने आठ आलू लाए। प्रत्येक आलू पर उस व्यक्ति का नाम लिखा था जिससे वे नफरत करते थे।

अब महात्मा जी ने कहा कि अगले सात दिनों तक आपलोग ये आलू हमेशा अपने साथ रखें। शिष्यों को कुछ समझ में नहीं आया कि महात्मा जी क्या चाहते हैं, लेकिन सबने आदेश का पालन किया। दो-तीन दिनों के बाद ही शिष्यों को कष्ट होने लगा। जिनके पास ज्यादा आलू थे, वे बड़े कष्ट में थे। किसी तरह उन्होंने सात दिन बिताए और महात्मा के पास पहुंचे। महात्मा ने कहा, ‘अब अपनी-अपनी थैलियां निकाल कर रख दें।’ शिष्यों ने चैन की सांस ली। महात्मा जी ने विगत सात दिनों का अनुभव पूछा। शिष्यों ने अपने कष्टों का विवरण दिया। उन्होंने आलुओं की बदबू से होने वाली परेशानी के बारे में बताया। सभी ने कहा कि अब बड़ा हल्का महसूस हो रहा है।…

महात्मा ने कहा, ‘जब मात्र सात दिनों में ही आपको ये आलू बोझ लगने लगे, तब सोचिए कि आप जिन व्यक्तियों से ईर्ष्या या नफरत करते हैं, आपके मन पर उनका कितना बड़ा बोझ रहता होगा। और उसे आप जिंदगी भर ढोते रहते हैं। सोचिए, ईर्ष्या के बोझ से आपके मन और दिमाग की क्या हालत होती होगी?

 ईर्ष्या के अनावश्यक बोझ के कारण आपलोगों के मन में भी बदबू भर जाती है, ठीक उन आलुओं की तरह। इसलिए अपने मन से इन भावनाओं को निकाल दो। यदि किसी से प्यार नहीं कर सकते तो कम से कम नफरत मत करो। आपका मन स्वच्छ, निर्मल और हल्का रहेगा।🙏🏻

समय ,सेहत ,संबन्ध इन तीनों पर अधिकतम
खुदरा मूल्य नहीं लिखा होता !
   
लेकिन जब हम इन्हें खो देते है, तब इनके मूल्य
का अहसास होता है !!
       
सोने से पहले हमें खुद से चार सवाल जरूर
पूछना चाहिए ?
1. कौन से तीन काम बहुत अच्छे से किये?
2. आज कौनसा काम बहुत जरुरी था,लेकिन
आलसीपन के चलते नहीं कर पाया ?
3.आज कौन सा काम करते समय लापरवाही बरती ?
4.कल के तीन सबसे जरूरी काम कौन से हैं ?
जो हर हाल में करने हैं___संभव हो तो घटनाओं की मानसिक रिहर्सल कर ले___
उसके बाद चेहरे पर हल्की मुस्कान के साथ
एक शानदार दिन के लिए भगवान/प्रकृति को
शुक्रिया अदा करें और सोने चले जाएं__
किसी के साथ "ग़लत करके अपनी "बारी का
इंतज़ार जरूर करें क्योकि
किस्मत जब तमाचा मारती हैं तो वो मुँह पर नहीं
"रूह" पर लगती है!!

इस दुनिया की भीड़ में चलने से तो बेहतर,

ख़ुद के साथ में घूमने जाओ तो अच्छा है..

अपने घर के रोशन दीपक देख लिए अब,

ख़ुद के अन्दर दीप जलाओ तो अच्छा है..

तेरी, मेरी इसकी उसकी छोडो भी अब,

ख़ुद से ख़ुद की शक्ल मिलाओ तो अच्छा है..

बदन को महकाने में सारी उम्र काट ली,

रूह को अब अपनी महकाओ तो अच्छा है..

दुनिया भर में घूम लिए हो जी भर के अब,

वापस ख़ुद में लौट के आओ तो अच्छा है..

तन्हाई में खामोशी के साथ बैठ कर,

ख़ुद को ख़ुद की ग़ज़ल सुनाओ तो अच्छा है..❜

दोनों ही छोड़ देता है,

तब “कुदरत” कोई न कोई

उंगली पकड़ने वाला भेज देती है,

इसी का नाम “जिदंगी” है...!!

Navratri and it's nine colours

       NAVRATRI as name indicates nine nights . This is a famous festival of India . This festival is celebrated by doing worship of DURGA MAA . NAVRATRI is celebrated with lots of joy and happiness in India . NAVRATRI is a festival of nine clones /face/avtars of Maa Durga .This nine days indicates nine colours which includes Orange , White , Red , blue , etc..  each colours have different meaning .i.e.

  Day 1 - Ghastasthapana - Orange

   Goddess Durga is worshiped on all nine days of the festival so that she may usher in prosperity and good luck. The first day of Navratri, which is also known as Ghastasthapana, witnesses the holy pooja of the Goddess. The day is very auspicious as it is the start of the festival. The Goddess is dressed in orange attire on this day. According to tradition, people wear clothes of orange color on this day.

  Day 2 - Dwitiya - white 

The second day on which Goddess Durga is Worshiped as Brahmacharini, is known as Dwitiya. On this day, people worship the Goddess so that she bestows upon them emancipation, as well as prosperity. On this day people wear attires of white color. This form of the Goddess is considered to be extremely pious. 

Day 3 - Tritiya - Red

The third day of Navratri is known as Tritiya. On this day Goddess Durga is worshiped as Chandraghanta. Chandraghanta symbolizes bravery and fortitude. On this day the Goddess is dressed in a red saree.

Day 4 - Chaturthi - Royal Blue

The fourth day of Navratri is known as Chaturthi and on this day Goddess Durga is worshiped in the form of Kushmanda. It is believed that as the Goddess laughed, the universe generated. On this day, the Goddess is dressed in royal blue and people can be seen wearing attire that are of the same color. 

Day 5 - Panchami - Yellow

The day five of the festival is known as Panchami. On this day, the Goddess is worshiped as Skandamata, the mother of Kartikeya. People worship the goddess so that she may usher in peace and prosperity into their home. People seek the blessings of the Goddess. Yellow is the color of this day and devotees should be dressed in this color.

Day 6 - Sashti - Green

Day six is known as Sashti. Green is the color of the day and people are advised to wear attires of this color on Sashti. On this Day, people worship Goddess Durga in the form of Katyayani. According to a legend sage Katya wanted to welcome the Goddess as his daughter. To please the Goddess, Katya performed many formalities. The Goddess was finally pleased with Katya and took birth in his home as his daughter and was known as Katyayani.

Day 7 - Saptami - Grey

Day seven is known as Saptami. On this day, Goddess Durga is worshiped in the form of Kalratri. Kalratri, who is also known as Subhankari, means a dark and black knight. The Goddess not only protects her worshipers from all kinds of troubles and negativity of life, but also provides them with utmost happiness. Grey is the color to wear on the seventh day that is Saptami.

Day 8 - Ashtami - purple

Day eighth is known as Ashtami. On this day, Goddess Durga is worshiped as Maha Gauri. The attire that devotes will wear on this day should be of purple color. The Goddess purifies her worshipers and also forgives their sins. The Goddess as Maha Gauri performed a penance so that she may have Lord Shiva as her husband. During the course of the penance, dust accumulated on her body and Lord Shiva washed it with the sacred waters of the Ganga. Saraswati Mata Puja is also organized on this day.

Day 9 - Ram Navami - Peacock Green

Day nine is known as Navami and it is the last day of the festival. On this day, people worship the Goddess as she bestows prosperity on all her devotees. Peacock Green is the color of the day and devotees should dress in attire that is of this color.

Strong mind , strong life .

               Today we will talk about what is strong mind and what are it's benefits in our life and how can we make our mind strong to compete all the problems of life. A strong mind can give us all that things which we want from our life. A strong mind can help us to achieve our desire , our goals , our targets of life. A strong mind can help us to climb our stairs of success. A strong mind help us to stay away from the negativity around us. If you think that those people who are good in study have a strong mind then you are completely wrong. They have a good mind not the strong mind. A person who  can manage all the things in any condition or any situations have a strong mind. A person who can face all the struggles/ problems without making any excuses have a strong mind. A person who believes in himself even in the worst condition/situation have a strong mind. 

    According to a research most of the successful people have a common thing that is they have a strong mind. Which gives them the power to solve any problem which comes to them. So built a strong mind  and you will live a strong life.  

    

         A strong mind can build by learning new things everyday. Learning new things each and everyday. Not for a while , every single day. A strong mind develop when u don't have room for negativity , when u don't care about those who demotivates you. A strong mind can be built only when you are committed to your goal. You only work for your goal. You don't think about fail  you just think about your goal . When you accept failure then only you can be a srong minded person. 

      Zig Ziglar once said that, IF YOU ARE NOT WILLING TO LEARN NO ONE CAN HELP YOU, IF YOUR ARE DETERMIND TO LEARN NO ONE CAN STOP YOU. 

 BUILT A STRONG MIND AND LIVE A STRON LIFE. 

Overthinking

    Hello everyone, today i will talk about Overthinking. Do u guys know that Overthinking can kill our happiness? Yes it is true that Overthinking can kill our happiness. We all know that how much it is important to be happy. I have written about happiness and smiles in my previous blog. You can read it.    Now the question arises that why i am saying about Overthinking only?  That the reason is today's world is so busy, everyone is busy in their works and life. No one have time to to something for their happiness. Everyone is sad and in tension . Some have their work and office tensions and some have relationship tensions and some have their study and exams and so on... I can't tell you what tensions thay have because it is too much . This all things happens just because of our Overthinking . When we think this work is so hard for me then it'll definitely seems to very hard and tough to do. And if we think that i can do it. I will and it is so simple and easy then it will be definitely becomes easy for us . 

   

 

What are the disadvantages of Overthinking  ?                                                  

1. The most bad thing is, Overthinking causes depression .                            
2. Living in fear.                                                                                                        
3. Lack of confidence .                                                                                           
4. Complicates thing , and so on..                                                                         

So, just because of overthinking we losses so many things in out life .

So guys stop worrying and start living. Overthinking is nothing . It is just our mind's thoughts. So try to control your mind. If your mind started to control you then, it will show more negative thoughts than positivity.

Smiles

     SMILES ! This simple word means a lot in our life. Do u know smile is the best medicine for us. We can accept any easy or difficult challenges of life just by smiling. By just smiling we can avoid negativities and we all know negativities are the one and only enemy for us. Like pubg game we should alert our mind by saying "ENEMIES AHEAD" and we should go to "SAFE ZONE" Where these negative thoughts can not touch us , that means they can not affect us. Do u know our human mind thinks more negative thoughts then positive thoughts. It means we should control our mind cuz if we depend on our mind then 24 hours it will show us negative thoughts only. So we should make a habit of thinking positive . 

   * Why smiles are important for us ? 

      Smiling boosts your immune system because your whole body relaxes when you smile. When you're in a bad mood, smile – even if you don't feel like it – because it will immediately improve your mood. ... When you smile, people around you will smile, too. You'll spread joy with a good smile.       Scientists have found that smiling on purpose can help people feel better. Just the simple act of putting a smile on your face can lead you to feel actual happiness, joy, or amusement. Smiling on purpose changes brain chemistry. So it can be a big help to people who are dealing with depression and anxiety.

  I think now it has been cleared for you that how smiles are important in our life. There is no need of finding any reason for smiles. We can smile, when we actually want to do so.  

   Here is something which is also much important to know that is , always smiling is not so good . Nobody can give you this advice that you should smile at all moments. We should adjust according to the situations. So smile , and try to be happy but according to the situation adjust it.

Limitations is in your mind

 Hey after so many days my new blog is ready . Today i have brought some advisable things which you should read. If you goole that "what is limitations" Then you'll get result that THINGS THAT YOU CAN NOT DO. I want to say that what is that thing which we can not do? A person can do any impossible thing. But there are some limitations that we actually can not do that is wrong things is our limitation, irritate others, etc.. These things we can not do and this is actual limitations for us.  

 Now, i have an example of sandeep maheshwari sir  , example is there was a village and in that Village there were two boys one was elder and one was child. One day that elder one fall in a valley and there was no one to help him, then that child who was so young and also he wasn't so strong but ha rope and pull him up. When they reached back to their village ,they told everything to villagers but no one was believing on them but in that village only one was there who believed on them and told others that this is true and this all happens just because nobody was there who said to child that YOU CAN'T DO THIS! that's why this became possible to child to pull up the elder one from valley. At that time he believed on himself that's why this became possible. 

 

So just believe in yourself . You can do anything. Nothing is impossible for us.

You can and you will

      Today I'll talk in our language that is HINDI . Today i have something to share with you all. As the title shows 'YOU CAN AND YOU WILL ' It means nothing is impossible for us . We can achieve anything what we have to do is just work and keep working , keep yourself busy . And trust me if we work for our dream , no doubt one day we'll achieve it.  

      Now come on the topic which i am going to tell you in hindi language . 

1. अपना लक्ष्य अपने सामने रखे .

       ये बात अध्ययन (studies) में सामने आई है कि जब आप किसी चीज़ को बार-बार देखते है तो वो चीज़ आपके अवचेतन (subcnscious) मन में गहराई से बैठ जाती है. ये एक जानी मानी तकनीक है अपने सपनो तक पहुचने की, मगर कई बार ऐसा भी होता है कि आप अपनी पूरी काबिलियत नहीं दिखा पाते. ऐसा इसलिए नहीं कि आप काबिल नहीं है या उतने स्मार्ट नहीं है बल्कि इसलिए क्योंकि आपने अपनी आंखो के सामने गलत चीज़ रखी है. कुछ ऐसा चुनिए जो आपके सपने से मेलखाता हो ! 

2. अपनी रेस खुद दौड़ो .

        आपकी रोज़मर्रा की जिंदगी में ऐसे कई लोग होंगे जो आपकी जिंदगी को नियंत्रित करने की कोशश करते होंगे. उनका इरादा नेक हो सकता है मगर अपनी जिंदगी को नियंत्रित करने वाले सिर्फ आप होने चाहिए. आपको अपनी रेस खुद ही दौड़नी पड़ेगी. अगर आप अपनी सफलता की कहानी नहीं लिखेंगे तो कोई दूसरा लिख लेगा और फिर आपके लिए कुछ नहीं बचेगा. सबको खुश रखना नामुमकिन है, चाहे आप जो मर्ज़ी कर लीजिये, आप सबको खुश नहीं रख सकते. इस कोशिश में आप खुद को वो काम करते हुए पाएंगे जो आप नहीं करना चाहते या आपको नहीं करने चाहिए. अगर हर बार कोई ना कोई आपके काम में इतनी नुक्ताचीनी करने लगे कि आप वो काम करना ही छोड़ दो तो आप कभी भी कुछ नहीं कर पाओगे. क्योंकि हर कोई आपको उसकी जगह पर रखकर देखने की कोशिश करेगा मगर आप अपनी जगह पर कायम रहे क्योंकि अगर आप उनके हिसाब से चलना शुरू भी कर दे तो वही लोग फिर भी कुछ न कुछ कमी निकाल ही लेंगे.    

3.अपने जीवन में अच्छी चीजों की उम्मीद कीजिये .

           ये एक नियम है कि जब आप अपने लिए बेहतर चीजों की आशा करते है तो वो बेहतर चीज़े खुद-ब-खुद आपको मिलती है. लेकिन जब आप बार-बार निराशाजनक बाते सोचेंगे तो क्या होगा ?? ज़ाहिर है वही निराशा आपके जीवन में आएगी. क्योंकि आप जो सोचते है वही आपके साथ होता है. भगवान् हमेशा आपको वही देता है जिसका ख्याल आपके दिल में बना रहता है.

          हर सुबह ये सोच कर उठिए कि ‘आज आपका दिन बहुत ही शानदार गुजरने वाला है. इस सोच के साथ दिन की शुरुवात करेंगे तो पायेंगे कि जो आपने सोचा था वही आपको मिल रहा है. अगर आप किसी परीक्षा के लिए जा रहे है तो उम्मीद कीजिये कि आप उसमे बहुत अच्छा करने वाले है. ऐसा सोचने से ना सिर्फ आपका हौसला बढेगा बल्कि आपमें एक नए उत्साह का संचार भी होगा जो आज से पहले कभी नहीं था. कुछ लोग हमेशा ही निराशा से घिरे रहते है. वे अपने बारे में कभी कुछ अच्छा सोच ही नहीं पाते.

 4. हमेशा एक सकारातमक (positive) सोच रखे .

          एक विजेता की सबसे बड़ी खूबी होती है उसकी सकारात्मक सोच. ऐसे लोग जब सुबह उठते है तो उम्मीद से भरे एक खुशनुमा दिन की कल्पना करते है. अपने हर सफल कार्य के पीछे उपरवाले का शुक्रिया अदा करना नहीं भूलते ऐसे लोग. और उनका यही आशावादी रवैया उनके हर दिन को बेहतर बनाता है.

      अब ज़रा कल्पना कीजिये कि आप एक गाडी चला रहे है जिसका सारा नियंत्रण आपके हाथो में है. आप चाहे तो उसे आगे ले जाए या पीछे मगर उसके लिए ताकत बराबर ही लगेगी. है ना?? ठीक उसी तरह हमारी जिंदगी की गाडी भी चलती है. अब ये आपके हाथ में है कि आप उसे अपने सकारातमक विचारों से आगे बढाए या फिर नकारात्मक विचारों से भर कर कामयाबी की दौड़ में बहुत पीछे रह जाए.   

5.अपना बेहतरीन देने की कोशिश करे.

      एक एवरेज इंसान बनकर रहने के बजाये सबसे बेहतर बनने का प्रयास करे. एक आम इंसान बनकर रहना भूल जाए. आप आम जिंदगी जीने के लिए पैदा नहीं हुए है. हमेशा कोशिश करे कि आप अपना बेहतरीन दे. ये ज़रूरी नहीं कि हर बार अपने मकसद में आप सफल रहे फिर भी आपको तस्सली होगी कि आपने बेहतरीन करने की कोशिश की. अगर आपको एक मील दूर जाना है तो दो मील चलिए. जो आपसे उम्मीद है उससे बढ़कर कीजिये. इसके लिए आप अपने लक्ष्य को अपने सामने रख सकते है और फिर एक सकारात्मक रवैये के साथ अपनी जीत का विश्वास कीजिये. लेकिन जीत की दिशा में ये आपका पहला कदम ही होगा. आपका असली मकसद तो उसके बाद शुरू होगा. उन बातो को अमल में लाये जो आपको मंजिल तक पहुचने में मदद करेंगी. कोशिश कीजिये अपने रोजाना समय से 10 मिनट पहले उठने की, काम पर 5 मिनट पहले पहुचिये. 30 मिनट काम करने के बाद काम से थककर ना बैठे.

                  

 6. अपनी मजिल की तरफ बढ़ते रहे.

          आप चाहे कितने भी माहिर और अनुभवी क्यों ना हो सीखना कभी मत छोडिये. क्योंकि सीखने का कोई अंत नहीं है. जीवन में इतना कुछ है सीखने के लिए कि आप जिंदगी भर भी सीखे तो कम है. कई लोग सोचते है कि एक बार स्कूल या कालेज की पढ़ाई पूरी हो जाने के बाद उन्हें कुछ और सीखने की आवश्यकता नहीं है, कुछ नया पढने की ज़रुरत नहीं है. तो क्या आप जो कुछ भी सीखते है क्या वो सिर्फ स्कूल तक ही सिमित है ? नहीं ! बिलकुल नहीं. क्योंकि सीखना कभी नहीं ख़त्म होता. ऐसी कई चीज़े होंगी जो आपने अब तक नहीं सीखी होंगी. अगर आपमें कोई हुनर है तो उसे अभ्यास से और निखारिये. क्योंकि जब आप सीखना छोड़ देते है तो आप अपने हुनर को खोने लगते है जो भगवान् ने आपको आशीर्वाद स्वरूप दिया है. जीवन में हर चीज़ अभ्यास से ही सीखी जाती है. बार-बार अभ्यास कीजिये मगर रुकिए नहीं. अगर आपने अभ्यास करना छोड़ दिया तो जहाँ आप आज है अगले साल भी बस वही के वही रह जायंगे.

7. सेवा करे .
       यदि आप नाखुश है तो कुछ अलग करने का प्रयास करे. हम नाखुश तभी होते है जब हमारा सारा ध्यान खुद पर और अपनी ज़रूरतों पर होता है. सिर्फ अपने पर फोकस करने के बजाये दुसरो की ज़रुरतो के बारे में भी सोचना चाहिए. हम सिर्फ लेने के लिए नहीं बल्कि देने के लिए भी बने है.. कभी ऐसा भी होता है कि आपका कोई जानने वाला जिसकी सालो से आपसे बात नहीं हुई, एक दिन अचानक फोन पर आपसे मदद मांगता है. “तुम्हे तो बस ज़रुरत के वक्त ही मेरी याद आती है “ ऐसा कहने के बजाये ख़ुशी से अपने दोस्त की मदद करे. इसे उपरवाले की मर्जी समझिये कि आप दुसरो के काम आ रहे है. अब अगर भले ही बदले में आपको कुछ ना मिले, एक “शुक्रिया तक नहीं तो निराश ना हो. वो कहावत तो आपने सुनी ही होगी “नेकी कर और दरिया में डाल दे”.

8. passionate रहे.
      खुद से एक सवाल कीजिये “ क्या मै जीवित हूँ?” इस बात का मतलब सिर्फ जिंदा रहने और खाना खाने से नहीं है. इस बात को गहरे से सोच कर देखिये. आपके क्या लक्ष्य है ? आपने अब तक क्या हासिल किया ? जीवन के प्रति आपका क्या नजरिया है ? क्योंकि इन्ही सब बातो से निर्धारित होगा कि सही अर्थो में जिंदगी के मायने आखिर क्या है ?
       भगवान् ने आखिर कुछ सोच कर ही हमें इस धरती पर भेजा है कि हम अपने जीवन में कुछ अर्थपूर्ण करे और तरक्की की राह में आगे बढे.
